    • Boy oh boy!! That is the BEST ‘over weathering’ I have ever seen! Can’t wait to see it finished.
As for Dad’s painting, I grew up loving this picture and was fortunate enough to spend most of my formative years surfing or spear fishing nearby. My wife and I are still frequent visitors to this beautiful spot.

      All the best,
      Chris.

  2. Thanks Chris, glad you like it. I’m looking forward to it finished myself, its been sitting round for far to long.

I actually lived in Balgowlah for a little while in 2007 but we moved back up north. Its to bad we never met..

  3. Love that painting by your dad mate. Lovely nostalgic atmosphere. Have you got any more?
Hope you’re both well. Fondest cheers from Ferg.

  4. Hi Ferg, great to hear from you and yes we have about half a dozen of his paintings. I grew up with these pictures but this is the one I love the most because I did spend a lot of my early years frequenting this area.

Hope you and, especially, Pam are well.

Lots of love from me and Dee.
